New Partnership with Kadita Strengthens APAC Presence

We're excited to expand our partnership with Kadita Partners.

In addition to the now-established Kadita working capital facility in the Philippines, Matahio and Kadita have entered into a second loan facility agreement. This facility will provide more robustness as the Company moves forward on several growth initiatives, with the flexibility to capitalise on other regional strategic opportunities.
